| The affiliate program allows our affiliates to make profit by referring customers to FreeInk4Life through a link or banner on their web sites. Referrals will be counted whenever the customer purchases a Freeink4life Refill System with us. Referrals and or commissions will be paid for each successful sale under your personal affiliate ID. Commission is set at $10.00 per sale. Payouts are distributed when account reaches $20.00 or every 30 days if your balance is above or equal to $20.00 . Payout for commissions will be paid to the affiliate only after complete payment for sale. You may choose payout by PayPal or Check. Payout options are available in your Account. Checks for payout will be assessed a charge of $5.00 for processing. There may be subsequent changes to the payout commission. FreeInk4life will notify all affiliates of any modifications or changes in commission payout as well as product price changes via email. |

| - The affiliate acknowledges that he/she must keep the
contact details of the affiliate account up-to-date, including the
contact name, e-mail address, and phone number. - The affiliate agrees that he/she will comply with all local, state and federal laws concerning the sending of e-mails. FreeInk4Life has a very strict anti-spam policy, and sending unsolicited mails will not be tolerated. Affiliates that have been sending unsolicited mail in order to increase the number of leads to FreeInk4Life's web site will be subject to immediate account termination without payment of the accumulated funds. - The affiliate may not claim that FreeInk4Life provides services or resources not listed on FreeInk4Life's web site. - The affiliate agrees that the web site used for the affiliate program and linking to FreeInk4Life's web site does not and will not contain violent, discriminatory, illegal, or "adult only" content, material infringing trademarks of a third party, or material that is threatening or obscene. |

| FreeInk4Life may elect to use any methods available, which at any particular time may be deemed by FreeInk4Life to be the most accurate, to track the links from the Affiliate's site to FreeInk4Life's site and the final purchases. This includes but is not limited to the use of cookies. |
| »ABUSE |

| Any attempt to undermine, slander, libel, threaten or cause harm to FreeInk4Life's customers, employees and property, or to the company directly, is grounds for immediate termination without payment of the accumulated funds. Any attempt to cheat FreeInk4Life's tracking system, or purposefully bringing visits that result in fraudulent purchases, will also result in immediate termination without payment of the accumulated funds. |

| The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, FreeInk4Life, its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use. |

| FreeInk4Life respects the right to privacy of customers and visitors of this site and is committed to protecting it. We will collect various personal information about our affiliates during the registration process, which may include but is not limited to: affiliate's full name, postal address, phone and fax number, and e-mail address. This type of information allows us to keep in contact with the affiliates regarding commission payouts and any other services performed by FreeInk4Life or by the affiliate. This information may also be used to notify the affiliate about service maintenance or upgrades, but will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose. FreeInk4Life maintains a strict privacy policy, which means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to third parties. |

the customer agrees that FreeInk4Life may: (1) revise these terms and
conditions; and (2) change the services provided. Any such revision or
change will be binding and effective immediately on posting of the
revised terms or change to the service(s) on FreeInk4Life's web site, or
on notification to the customer by e-mail. The customer agrees to review
FreeInk4Life's web site, including these terms, periodically to be aware
of any such revisions. If the customer does not agree with any revision,
he/she may terminate the services at any time by notifying FreeInk4Life
by e-mail to
customerservice@freeink4life.com . Notice of the customer's
termination will be effective on receipt and processing by FreeInk4Life.
The customer agrees that, by continuing to use FreeInk4Life's services
following notice of any revision to this Agreement or change in
service(s), he/she abides by any such revisions or changes. - The content available through this site is the sole property of FreeInk4Life and is protected by patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, FreeInk4Life-owned content received through this site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. The customer agrees not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through this site to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization without FreeInk4Life's express prior written consent. - FreeInk4Life reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of FreeInk4Life's Terms could result in a warning, suspension, or account termination. Submitting fake personal information can also be grounds for suspension or termination. |

| THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FreeInk4Life SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY (1) SUSPENSION OR LOSS OF THE SERVICE(S), (2) USE OF THE SERVICE(S), (3) INTERRUPTION OF FreeInk4Life'S SERVICES OR INTERRUPTION OF THE CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS, (4) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO FreeInk4Life'S WEB SITE(S) OR SERVICE(S) OR DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES IN RELATION TO THE SERVICES OFFERED BY FreeInk4Life; (5) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ACTS OF OR EVENTS BEYOND FreeInk4Life'S CONTROL (6) DATA NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (7) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT. FreeInk4Life ALSO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FreeInk4Life HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL FreeInk4Life'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE AFFILIATE FOR THE DISPUTED SERVICE, BUT IN NO EVENT GREATER THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES, FreeInk4Life'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. |
