Areas We Ship To
FreeInk4Life™ kit and replacement ink ships only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does FreeInk4Life™ ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.

Bulk/Container Shipments
We do ship outside the US for bulk/container shipments. All bulk and container shipments need to be approved for special pricing and freight arrangements by our customer service representatives

Sales Tax
FreeInk4Life™ charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on our website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Shipping Method
We try to quickly process all of our orders within 24-48 hours (business days). If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you via e-mail. If you place an order on Friday, there is a good chance that the shipment will not shipped until the following Monday. We do not ship orders out on weekends or holidays. Orders are generally received in 4-7 days.

Order Acceptance Policy
FreeInk4Life™’s receipt of an electronic form or order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of our purchase, nor is it confirmation of offer to sell. FreeInk4Life™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. FreeInk4Life™ reserves the right at any time after we have received your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Customer Information

Promotional Codes
At certain times, we will offer our customers discounts or specials via a promotional code. If you do not have access to the correct, promotional code, you will not get discounted. All promotional codes have a shelf life and can only be used for chosen amount of time.

Return Policy
All returns need to be made within 30 days of the ship date. No refunds, product replacements, product parts component replacements or exchanges after 30 days from ship date.

Return Authorization Number
No item can be returned without receiving a RMA (Return Authorization Number) from us. The return authorization number has to match the product that we authorized for return. All return authorization numbers have to be listed on the outside of the package below the “ship to” address. If authorization number is not listed on the outside of the package, we will not accept package. Please include your a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip, and return authorization form with the returned product.
One RMA number can be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each individual invoice.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the ink or cleaner has been used, if the refill stations are dirty and damaged or if parts are missing from the kit. In addition, returned products are re-tested and evaluated by our labs to make sure that the formulas have not been compromised.
If any physical damage or product modification is inflicted on the product, it will void the warranty and eligibility for return.

Summary for Returning Product:
* A Return Authorization Number issued our company has to be on outside of box and on letter or memo inside box. Please write clear and large enough for us to be able to easily read. You will need to contact customer service for all return authorization numbers and for address to ship product.
* Customer address and our company name & address (physical address) should be printed clearly on outside of shipping box.
* Enclose a copy of the packing slip and/or invoice and return authorization form with shipment.
* All returns need to be shipped prepaid with a tracking number. Customer will pay any shipping charges & insurance.

* All returns must include all the original packaging and product components undamaged and in excellent condition. (read the Shipping & Handling section below.)

* Returns are subject to a restocking charge. No shipping, handling or insurance will be reimbursed or credited.

Shipping & Handling
If returning kit, place FreeInk4Life™ kit box inside of a shipping box when shipping back to our company. Do not damage or place any stickers on the FreeInk4Life™ box (box with handle). The FreeInk4Life™ box (box with handle) is part of the kit and should not be damaged or defaced with stickers or writing.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. . Our company is not liable for refused shipments or shipments damaged through USPS, UPS, FED-EX or other carriers
Please send any returned items back to our company via a reputable carrier (example: UPS, USPS, FED-EX) that can issue you a tracking number. We are not responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged in route to our company. Customer is responsible for all insurance on product when shipping to our company.
If you order a kit or product from our website and refuse the shipment from our carrier, you will be credited back on your account minus a 20% restocking charge and any additional shipping and handling charges.
We will not accept any COD or freight collect shipments.

Restocking Charge
All items, unless defective, are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account. If you paid via personal check or money order, we will send you a check for the remaining balance. If you purchase by credit card, we will credit the card the same card number that you used for your purchase.
All FreeInk4Life™ kits, individual replacement bottles, or parts must be shipped in “good-as-new” condition. Kit will need to have all the necessary bottles (ink & cleaner), instructions, refill stations (cardboard & plastic), accessory packet tool kit (plugs, drill, eyelet screw tool, prybar, tape) and original packaging and kit box. Any instruction disk will need to be included and properly packaged as you received it.
Any kit that is received which has missing or damaged parts, will receive a partial refund based on the damage or missing components.

Product Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, the quickest way is to re-order the new items online and then return the item (s) you do not want. You will need to obtain an RMA first before returning the unwanted items.
Products that are ordered incorrectly or accidentally are only returnable if the package has not been opened and is still in excellent condition. A restocking charge maybe applied. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. A return authorization number will need to be obtained before returning.

Cancelled Orders
We try to ship most of our orders out same day or within 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, please call our customer service number immediately. We do not accept cancellations via e-mail.

Clearance Sale Items
Any clearance or sale items purchased from FreeInk4Life.com are not returnable unless received defective.

Limited Warranty

AccuBrite, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this ink refill kit that this FreeInk4Life™ inkjet refill kit shall be free of defects in assembly or workmanship for a period of one year. It is recommended by manufacturer that this product be used within 12 months of purchase for optimum results. Product will be free of defect due to workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Over-the –counter warranty terms and conditions of retailer or distributor apply. Warranty and guarantee void if product is misused in any way.

AccuBrite, Inc. entire liability will be exclusively limited to the performance and the image produced by the ink contained in this refill kit. AccuBrite, Inc. assumes the customer will take the necessary precautions to protect clothing and other possessions before beginning the refill process. AccuBrite, Inc. is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of this product.

This inkjet refill kit in this package is intended for specific inkjet cartridges. AccuBrite, Inc. is not affiliated with any OEM manufacturers that this product compares to or works with, nor do their warranties apply, and their entire liability will be exclusively limited to the performance and the image produced by the ink and/or cleaning solution (optional) contained in this package. Savings, cost per refill and refill quantities may vary from the actual content. This product warranty is valid only to AccuBrite, Inc. inkjet refill kits purchased and used in the USA.
